Terms and conditions.
These terms govern use of Curly’s invite-only group-trip coordination service and optional SMS program.
Using Curly
You may use Curly only for a trip to which you have been invited and for lawful purposes. You are responsible for information you submit and for maintaining control of your phone and account access.
Membership and access
Access is limited to verified, active trip members. An invitation does not make trip information public. Curly may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its members, or its security.
Drafts, expenses, and plans
Curly can prepare drafts of expenses, splits, itinerary updates, and recommendations. Members must review and confirm a draft before it changes shared trip state. Curly does not move money, process payments, or guarantee payment between members.
Curly SMS program
After verifying a phone number and joining a private trip, a member may separately opt in to private 1:1 trip-coordination texts from Curly. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using the Curly web workspace or making a purchase.
Messages may include trip status, itinerary or recommendation responses, reviewable expense drafts, and replies to a member’s private commands. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply HELP for support instructions. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages at any time; opting out does not remove private web-workspace access. For additional help, email hello@usecurly.com.
Third-party information
Weather, recommendations, and other planning information may be supplied by third parties and is provided for planning support, not as a guarantee. Review current availability, pricing, safety, and reservation terms with the relevant provider before relying on a recommendation.
Pilot availability
The invite-only pilot may change, pause, or end as Curly learns. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available during the pilot.
